How can I customize my rug?

Customization options include selecting the size, color, pattern, and material of your rug. Our design team is available to assist you in creating a piece that reflects your individual style and complements your home decor.

What is the production time for custom rugs?

It depends on the size, construction, and complexity of the design. 

Some handloom rugs may take weeks, while an intricate hand-knotted design may take months. This timeframe can be reduced by adding more craftspeople to the loom. 

If you need a custom rug completed by a specific date, let us know, and we will try to hit your deadline.

Where are your rugs made?

All of our rugs are made in Northern India in a region called Uttar Pradesh.

We only use the best materials from around the world, and our skilled artisans are highly trained.

We can share with you the photos of your rug's journey as it's being made.

What is the process if i want to order?

Once an order is placed, we have several stages for approval before production starts.

We confirm the order, the colours, and the design. 

You then receive a custom-made design diagram, ensuring the design is exactly as specified.

We will share details of your rug as it goes through the production process.
